SHIPPING

After placing your order, it takes 5 business days for the order to process. The tracking number is updated after processing, arrival takes 1 to 3 weeks. Please take in mind, that holidays do happen overseas, that's the only time when items might take longer, which is normally between February and March.

NO REFUNDS -- NO RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or returns. We intentionally buy the highest quality items so that quality won't be an issue. This includes if you ordered the wrong size or made an order but changed your mind. If for whatever reason your item has an issue, we will work with you to come up with a solution. Otherwise, we do not accept returns. Our items are identical to the images posted on our Instagram page. Please consider that before ordering. This does not include boxes, boxes sometimes come damaged from our vendor. Not the item itself, but some customers would like an intact box but that isn’t always possible

AFTERCARE

Please do not clean bags with alcohol or hand sanitizer. We only recommend baby wipes/water wipes. Please treat items with care if you want them to last a very long time.
